Hi I am going away to Africa and I am subletting my flat on a monthly basis (minimum one month) from the 16th of November onwards. It is situated near Shoreditch park and the Britania centre. You can share my flat with 1 or 2 Cs members. 1 300 per month+ £500 deposit (refundable at the end if the flat is in the same state as when you moved in). The monthly price includes everything apart from heating and hot water. The temperature in the flat rarely goes below 20°C without having the heating on and the flat heats up very quickly. So you will be able to decide how much you want to spend. You can decide as well whether you want a long shower or a 3minutes shower. The flat is really a 2 bedrooms flat but one of the bedroom is full of stuffs. So, in my flat, which is in Shoreditch Hoxton N1, there is: • 1 Double bed in bedroom • 1 clic clac double sofa bed in the living room (light curtains can be drawn at night for more privacy).
