Khari baoli is famous for spices, though you can buy them from any general store. For mat you can look kosha mat online which is made of natural rubber. Books in English you can buy from anyplace, in CP (rajiv chowk) you can buy cheap paperbacks on the footpath.

Books, Yoga Mats- Daryaganj, Old Delhi Cloths- Sarojni Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Connaught Place . Spices- Khaari Baoli, Old Delhi Ayurvedic herbs- not sure but you can try in Khaari Baoli, Old Delhi as well.

For English Books, I will suggest you to visit Dariyaganj on Sunday in the morning. For yoga mats,blocks and clothes, visit Fab India and Khadi Gram at Cannaught place.

Spices, you can get at Khadi babri and Sadar Bazar.

For ayurvedic herbs, I don't have any idea.

yes..daryaganj ( closest metro station is delhi gate) on sunday morning..or a small book shop next to Plaza multiplex in Connaught place. Spices from any store MDH, Everest ( are popular brands).

This book has well researched and detailed info by writer. The writer himself is well versed in yoga and herbs.

You'll be able to find most of the ayurvedic meds and literature in Patanjali stores(Easy to find via Google maps) . Every city has a Patanjali mega store which also have an inhouse Patanjali doctor (Vaidh) who'll give prescription free of cost. Patanjali Super Store will feel the requirement of herbs and spices . You can buy them from Khadi Store too. Mats available in local market every where in Delhi. Which Kinda English books you are looking for ? though you can buy various kinda English books in Nai Sarak (Chandini Chowk) and at Sunday morning market in Daryaganj..

Hola Paola, you can find all these things at markets of Karol Bagh or Lajpat Nagar or Connaught Place (CP) It is good to buy spices and herbs. from Khadi stores approved by Govt. located at CP and that will be authentic as well.
