Advice on finding a place to stay for 6 month

Well, I'm going to study here (exchange) and would like to try finding something outside of campus. Is it possible to rent a place (room, studio) for less than a year and what platforms you would suggest for this?

Kost/rent room is cheap, 100 dollars per month. But if you wanna have a new fam as a foster parent, you might ask your uni for the options there. They should've been providing it.

Many of these places are usually a furnished room in a house with shared kitchen and bathroom . Some are for male/female only. Some are co-eds. Try to find somewhere near (i.e walking distance) from where you'll be studying/working (traffic is horrible).

depends on your campus location, but I think shared kitchen always growing pains, better just go for studio instead.
