Hello Bulend. Okay, the best pizza place is Mimosa, yummy Crimea food at Musafir, nice Georgian food at MaMa MaNaNa, for vegeterians — Orang + Utan (but here are a good sandwiches anyway). Have a nice time!

Krapka Koma (Lva Tolstogo subway) - nice cheap food snd craft beer; Zheltok - amazing breakfasts; Libimyj Dyadya (“the beloved uncle” if translate) - restaurant with a delicious food, always rent a table in advance. Prices are middle+. University subway

Hi Bulend. In the main square there is this restaurant called Ostannya Barykada (OB) - their food is delicious. You can check it out here - http://borysov.com.ua/en/ostannya-barykada. There are also other restaurants of the same restaurateur on that website, supposedly all top-notch :)

Hi Bulend! My list of place with good ukrainian cuisine.

1. Kanapa, 19, Andriivs'kyi descent. My favorite place in Kyiv if we talk about ukranian national cuisine. Dishes are always in a good quality, cooked and served in creative way there. You should try lard in shokolat there, but don't order much:)

2. Bulochna Yaroslava. Yaroslaviv Val St, 15 in a wya fro Zoloti vorota to Peizazhna alley For interior in Kievan Rus style, pies and patties. Cafe and restorant I wouldn`t recomend but pirozhki ( patties) are perfect there.

3. Puzata Hata, Kontraktova Square, 2/1 , lots of this cafes in Kyiv. Cafes with good quality and low prices, usual ukrainian dishes

4. Varenychna "Katyusha" Khreschatyk St, 29/1, Welcom to Soviet union :) Interior and dishes from 1960-80, food is quite tasty and atmosphere may be interesting for you. Varenyky is the best there!)

A good place to spend time with a cup of coffee. I recommend coffee with spices, coffee in Mexican, New Zealand and other flavors. There are herbal, fruit and chocolate drinks. If you are hungry you can have a snack (pies, chicken, tender salmon, shrimp, soft cheese and broccoli on a puff pastry). You can buy fresh bread with dried fruits in the oven (apples, quince, cranberries), nuts and dried apricots; seeds of flax, sesame and sedan; olives, capers, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese; Dijon mustard, nutmeg, curry and aromatic herbs of Provence.

Try La Veranda restaurant and garden in Lipki district - close to Klovska metro station. There you can find delicious fine dining dishes with a touch of home cooking. If looking for some fish - try Pesce al forno restaurant on Sagaidachnogo Street.
