the signal is good and the price is not too high after all, just use it to receive phone calls, may use some internet data. in hotel free wifi. you can tell me your advices... thanks

AT&T has the best coverage in that area followed by Verizon and then T-Mobile. Don't get Sprint.

I second what Pierre just wrote. I would like to add that T-Mobile coverage is really bad inside buildings. So stick to AT&T.

Another vote for AT&T. RDU is very central, so most everything does alright, but as a backup to AT&T, there is Verizon.

I have ATT and it has great coverage. Verizon also has great coverage. Stay away from T mobile, they do have a lot of dead spaces.
