Dag Allemaal! We zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe huisgenoot (m/v) om ons ruime twee verdiepingen appartement met ons (twee) te delen per 1 mei, liever op lange termijn. Het appartement bevindt zich in Oud-West en ligt aan het Vondelpark: 5 min. loopafstand van tramhalte Rhijnvis Feithstraat (1 & 11). Het heeft een grote woonkamer (ongeveer 65m2) met een aparte open keuken en de vrije (gestoffeerde) kamer is in het tweede niveau en ruim 11m2. We zijn op zoek naar een jonge professional (bij voorkeur 30+), man of vrouw, niet-roker en schoon/netjes. Als huisgenoot vind je het leuk te socialiseren maar begrijp je dat thuis vooral een rust omgeving is. Je wilt graag samen wonen maar je snapt dat iedereen ook zijn eigen ruimte nodig hebt. Liever hou je ook van katten; onze poes Koshka zorgt voor dat wij geen muizen thuis vinden. Zij is jong, vol energie en heel lief. De huur is 830 €/maand all incl. The apartment s located in Oud-West next to the Vondelpark: 5 min. walking distance from Rhijnvis Feithstraat tram stop (1 & 11). It has a large living room (around 65m2) with an apart kitchen and the (furnished) room being rented is upstairs and slightly more than 11m2. We are looking for a young professional (preferably 30+), male or female, non smoker and who is clean and tidy. As a flatmate you like to socialise but you understand that home is preferably a quiet environment. You enjoy shared living but also realise everybody needs their own space. Preferably you love cats; our young cat Koshka keeps the mice away. She is very energetic and sweet. The rent is 830 €/month all included.
