Post em Tajikistan

Would anyone know where one could find apartments for renting? I am looking for a 1-bedroom apartment somewhere in the central areas to the east of Varzob. Size approximately 30-45 sqm, has all the main amenities (AC, heating, reliable water, electricity and internet connections, furnished). Interested for 1-2 years, starting from early October.
