I’ll be leaving Taichung for roughly two months in a few days, and before wandering off to other parts of the world for a couple of months, I thought 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀. So if you happen to be in Taichung (and available) on Monday, March 16, let’s meet in the evening somewhere in the city. A restaurant or bar would probably work well. If you know a good spot in Taichung, feel free to suggest it; I’m all ears. Even though Taichung may not be the Paris or Barcelona of Asia, it would still be great to gather a few travelers and locals for a relaxed evening of conversation, food, and travel stories.
