The Naturist Club in Uppsala, affiliated to The Swedish Naturist Federation, arrange indoor swimming once a month in Almunge Simhall. Next possibility is Sunday February 8th 2026. Swimming, sauna, fika (bring you own fika). A mix of women and men participate, with various types of bodies and in various ages, all naked since it's a naturist event. Fee: 120 SEK/person. An important aspect of naturism is that everyone can accept both themselves and others, with all the flaws and deviations from the ideals that culture currently sets. For example, sunbathing, swimming and socializing without clothes are perceived by naturists as more beautiful, easier and healthier as you avoid wet and unhygienic swimwear.
