Are you keen to meet other expats and locals while easing yourself into some gentle cardio training? Join us at 7:30am this Saturday, 15th August, for a Slow + Social Run starting opposite Living a Dream Cafe on the CMU campus. We'll enjoy a steady 20–25 minute jog, followed by coffee and food together afterwards. The pace is suitable for beginners through to more experienced runners, with everyone encouraged to run at their own comfortable pace and distance.
