I am a medical doctor and psychiatrist. I love teaching. Presently I am working at Thrissur Medical College. I like to meet people during travel, make friends, share experiences and if possible join them on the way. I am interested in bird watching, bird photography and wildlife photography. While travelling, I am looking for: 1. hosts / meetups/ hang outs 2. travel buddies 3. hitchhike/ share rides 4. recommendations/ tips/ advices My first long-distance travel was 30 years ago to Kolkotta from Kozhikode, Kerala. It was a totally unplanned trip for attending a meeting. From then onward travelling became a passion for me Though my profession demands me to be stranded in one place and my patients or clients there, I take a break whenever possible and travel. Have done trekking and backpacking in the mountains and forests of south India. I had travelled most part of India. I have travelled to Ladakh twice. I have done several motor-bike trips including a 10-day tour to Bhutan Had visited Nepal, Bhutan, Srilanka, Vietnam, Germany, Check Republic and Austria.
I am a 28 years Male and am new on couchsurfing I love being around people, socialize and network. I am genteel and understanding. I am studying MBA at the University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. I am from Africa Lesotho 🇱🇸 and hope to meet mutually open people whom we can exchange our cultures and explore beyond the horizon. I often Consider myself an open book so ask away. I hope we become friends. Traveling is in my veins. So where is the next stop?
currently in Europe നമസ്കാരം / NAMASKARAM I'm Maheen, and I'm from Thiruvananthapuram, also called Trivandrum, capital of the Indian state of Kerala. I've been traveling full-time for the past six years. and I intend to live my life in this style until I'm fifty/sixty. Although I don't travel for the purpose of filming my journey. like many others, I do it in order to raise money for my trips. and I meet the people along the road by using this lovely community. It facilitates my learning more about that location and helps me create a connection with the people who live there. I always enjoy building relationships with people all over the world. I'm a hitchhiker; over the past six years, I've hitched in more than 100 nations. I take cooking supplies and a tent on my travels. that enable me to maintain my lifestyle and way of life. I typically find shelter at the homes of strangers. or i sleep at the Mosque, church and temples. I enjoy staying with families, therefore it would be very happy if you could welcome me to your family . I don't use drugs or smoke, nor do I drink. I don't go for clubbing and party much . (However, I also enjoy going to clubbing locations with perfect friends i get along with.) In its place, I'd be glad with visiting marketplaces, gathering spots, etc. I always have a sleeping bag, a camping mattress, and other necessities with me. Therefore, my host shouldn't be concerned about my comfort level or sleeping arrangement. Anywhere, I can squeeze in. I'll now briefly describe my travels; I'm an adventurous traveler. I love going to the least visited and riskiest destinations when I travel. I spent a lot of time in prison during my travels (not because I did something horrible ♠️). In Balochistan, I hitched a ride with the opium and wepon smugglers . During my journey, I experienced sexual harassment, was robbed at gunpoint, passed through areas controlled by terrorists from Somalia, and more. I had some pretty horrible situations, which I think were the most exciting and unforgettable ones. I'm going to end here because it's always a good idea to have a conversation starter when we meet in person. Regarding surfers: I traveled to Sudan, Afghanistan, Iran, and a few more Arab nations in the Middle East. Every native I encountered welcomed me and treated me so well. Thus, I would love treating my surfers in the same way. The distance between my house and the city center is 15–17 km. From the city, you can take a bus to get to my place. To get to my house, you must still walk, hitchhike, or take an auto for 1 kilometer from the bus stop. However, if I am present in Kerala, I will be happy to take you from the town and drop you off there, or wherever else you want. Right present, my mother and I live in the house. She only speaks our mother tongue, Malayalam, and nothing else. However, she always communicates with hand signs, a few English words, and Google Translation. Everyone will be welcomed irrespective of their cast/ creed/ colours/ nationality/ sexuality/ etc..... But same time , please respect me and my surrounding which host you.
ABOUT ME Hi I'm Sunny. I am from Kerala ,a beautiful place to the south of India . I am a software Engineer by profession and I'm always happy on the move, planning a journey, choosing a destination, doing research. I like things that are different, experiences that stretch me. I thrive on tasting new foods and learning new languages and coping with new cultures.I act differently around different people ,its not because i am fake ,its because i have different comfort zone around certain people. Inside my loud, boisterous self is a basically shy person, and travel encourages both personas. The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.Just as a painter paints, and a ponderer ponders, a writer writes, and a wanderer wanders

I've had the incredible experience of driving over 3000 kilometers from Delhi to Kerala, savoring every moment of the journey. Yoga, meditation, psychology, and health concepts are close to my heart. Friendly and respectful, I believe in meaningful connections and open conversations. Like the name sounds I fix the planes "the flying meachines". We are working behind the scenes, so that pilots and cabincrew can be heros of the sky✈️✈️🛬🛫🛩️🛩️. Being in aviation I have got an ample of opportunities to fly and see around the world, thank god for all of that.. apart from travelling I love to taste food varieties and like to attend events and social meetups......😊.. If you want a company...feel free to message me... l love going out and always interested in meeting travellers, youtubers and other socially active people...
ABOUT ME: I'm an apolitical cosmopolitan chap enthusiastically discovering more of myself by traveling far and wide and hooking up with strangers. My persona is kinda happy-go-lucky, super jovial and super social. I'm a broad and open minded person earnestly interested in cultural exchange and I do am an extrovert though love traveling solo many a times. To the core, I'm a travel freak, wanderlust, or what ever you call for that sort and consequently have undertaken umpteen journeys. I like traveling simply by any means and you can see me traveling by public transports, pedaling, wayfaring, motorcycling, hitchhiking and probably many a times as a solo. Nothing excites me as much as traveling to new destinations and meeting strangers. And to me life isn't worth living sans freewheeling and very few are as broad-minded and adaptable to any circumstances as an avid hardcore traveller. Ultimately, quite often I get bitten by the travel bug..and there I set off irresistible, apparently beckoned and wooed by the nature to her ravishing beauty and unending wonders. TO MY GUESTS: I love to be a great host for the same reason I love others be one for me when I'm on the roads. When you are my guest, just tell me what (whatever) and whom (whoever) I want to be for you and voila! you get that as far as I could get that for you humanly. I simply love that!! If time permits and quite often it will, I feel privileged to pick up and drop off my guests. With my guests, if and only if they don't mind, I love to strike conversations for hours on end on any subject beneath the sky or even that of above ;-). I'm of the conviction that the more one travels to new places and the more one meets new people, the humbler and humane he becomes; as that is what traveling made me. On weekdays, when I'm not found on the roads, I'm a chronic workaholic. For that matter, I prefer to host during weekends or holidays, when I'll usually be free from busy official chores, so that I can take my guest around and spend time with them. But the guest's preference prevails and I am always happy to host any day otherwise, if the guest don't feel bad of me for not spending much time with them. TO MY HOSTS: Being a minimalist, I easily fit in most of the places I'm put in to. And while traveling, I always prefer staying with denizens, how inconvenient they or i may think that stay would be for me; as I see hotel stays boring and almost same everywhere on the world. On another perspective, If a denizen can't host me I would even be excited, if at my expense, he could hang out, take me to local socio-religious events, have a dinner, or even have a cup of coffee together. When someone host me at their home, if we together are not having local cuisine cooked at home, I would be more than happy if my host don't deter me from paying for the dinner we have from outside. I always travel light and am always a minimalist. **After all don't get confused by everything I blabbered above. I'm a simple guy and you won't know it until you get to it.**
