One of my best trips was spending 6 months on a motorcycle camping, hiking, and seeing the beauty of the western USA, Alaska, and Canada. PHILOSOPHY Be a good person. Por que estou no Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Love the idea of Couchsurfing, but haven't used it much - only one time in Iceland actually. The groups also seem to have lots to offer as great ways to get local experiences. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I had many random Couchsurfing like experiences this summer on my motorcycle where people took me in for food, drinks, or a bed wanting to hear about my trip without actually using Couchsurfing.
