I was born in NYC and raised in Rio de Janeiro. Brazilian mom, NYC jewish father, German grandmother ; Polish grandfather.. I exercise alot- yoga, dancing, kickboxing, swimming, sprinting. Im in the kitchen alot,.... I make all of my own natural food ,from scratch. PHILOSOPHY Keep it simple. Be kind to yourself, and try to only make small changes and improvements... Flow more, take what the universe is giving and offering you. Be grateful for what you have. Be very careful and patient. Silence is golden Don't throw rocks when you live in a glass house.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I try to treat everyone like they are part of my family. I want the surfers to feel like they are the boss . I enjoy helping the couchsurfers….. I like to give..... COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have been a member since the summer of 2011. I have hosted people from all over the world, especially Brazil, China and France..

I like ol' school Blues, BB King, Kool and the Gang, Fleetwood Mac, Enya, Seal, Neil Young. Steve Miller Band, Stevie Wonder.....Eric Clapton!..........I think Justin Beiber is very talented.... I used to read alot of alternative medicine books.... Nowadays, i read strictly non fiction.......I don't read much anymore.........I read on the internet.... I read about practical topics like anatomy, computer instruction, how to fix things, patents, inventing, yoga, nutrition.. I read books i can trust are really the truth. Since the internet, around 2000, Ive been only watching short movies online.......But i will go with a friend...

I still find the computer, the cellphone, the beach and the vegetable garden to be amazing things. Going to the beach, jumping into the freezing cold water, sunbathing in the hot sun right after, listening to the waves is still amazing . I lived in India with the people for 90 days in early 2016........I suffered alot, but that was amazing...

I always want to improve my carpentry, handyman and martial arts skills, homesteading, knowledge of nature and gardening. I can share spanish, massage, natural food prep, yoga, meditation, pool shooting and martial arts instruction..... I can take you to lake Catherine....... I can take you to the bars.......Im not much of a drinker, but i love to hang out at bars and shoot pool......
