CURRENT MISSION helping people learn and do things they want to learn and do ABOUT ME I left college in 2002 as my frustrations with myself and mainstream education reached a tipping point and as it became increasingly inevitable that my country was going to blunder its way into Iraq and kill lots of people. I traveled a lot by bicycle for a while. I want to do so again. Now I teach hands-on, experience-driven math and science classes to homeschoolers and afterschool programs and whoever else wants to listen. I work on a novel. I think more about social justice than I actually do, which is unfortunate, and something that I am always working on changing. I'm down with cooperative living, bicycles, and DIY electronics. I'm vegetarian, not currently vegan. If you visit me you can probably make me feel guilty about this fact. I control my means of production. PHILOSOPHY stop whining and start building.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING ain't done nothing yet. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've co-op hopped around the country, and it's always been great. I tried to bake cookies every night that I was staying with people, and they seemed to appreciate this.
