I took the trans-siberian solo from Vladivostok to Moscow. Along the way my cabin-mate Sergei asked me to give him my copy of Don Quixote. When I explained I had 700 pages to read, he pulled his knife on me. I got mugged for a book. I finished reading it and gave it to him when I got off in Irkutsk.
