G'day, I'm currently travelling on a trip which has taken me through India and Nepal to Canada, all over the States, through Central America and into South America. I've utilised walking, hitch-hiking, canoeing, public transport, ferries, a van, flying and I recently picked up a bicycle which has taken me over 5000 miles so far. I'm an easy going guy who takes pleasure in the little things in life. I live to laugh, have a good time, try new things and meet new people. I believe everyone has something to teach, and I'm constantly searching for those pearls of wisdom. PHILOSOPHY Vivo para disfrutar. Creo que hay belleza en todos lugares, solo se necesita verla. Quiero dedicarme a vivir más sencillamente. Me encantaría tener una parcela y aprender a cultivar la tierra. La permacultura, antroposofía y sostenibilidad me interesan mucho. I try to live enjoying myself as much as possible while caring for the natural environment and others around me. I feel there is beauty everywhere, you just need to appreciate it. I'm continually reminded that having 'stuff' is for me, overrated. I want to try to live more simply; grow things and not have to be as involved in the contemporary system as I feel I am at the moment. Ironic that I`m travelling the world, wasting huge amounts of resources in order to try and learn to live more simply?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Para mí, couchsurfing es lo mejor. I have come to realise that couch surfers are a different breed of people. Anyone who is willing to host a complete stranger in their home, or conversely anyone who is willing to engage in the local culture through surfing, is someone I would like to meet. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Me sorprende como tan fácilmente puedo formar amistades con la gente de couchsurfing. Los chicos quienes son de couchsurfing son diferentes. Tengo muchos amigos de couchsurfing, y quiero conocer mucho mas :) CouchSurfing has been fantastic for me. Surfing is the best way to meet new people in a new location, and hosting is always awesome. Travelers bring such a vibrant energy wherever they go it's impossible not to get caught up in it. I am continually stoked and amazed at how easily real friendships are formed with couch surfers who I've only just met.

Pues, me encantan los libros. `La vida secreta de las plantas`El mito vegetariano` son muy buenos. Prefiero libros de no ficción cuales pueden enseñarme algo nuevo. También me gustan las historias reales de supervivencia y exploración. Música; prefiero algo tranquilo, o algo para bailar! Pretty open when it comes to music. Generally enjoy chilled out and 'alternative' but anything I can dance to will do. I am a voracious devourer of books. If I had to pick one I would probably choose 'The secret life of plants.' Though others that have altered my direction in life have been ´Writings on an ethical life´and ´The vegetarian myth´. I really enjoy non-fiction epics about exploration and survival stories, philosophy, ethics, the 'classics,' pretty much anything that's well written and can teach me something new.

San Fermin, La Tomatina, Rock Werchter, climbing frozen waterfalls all over Canada and the States, Arctic circle (in Canada and Sweden), Mostar, Everest Base Camp, Inuvik - the top of Canada, Santa's home in North Pole, Alaska, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Rocky Mountains, Zion National Park, Tikal, bicycle trip from Canada to Panama, playing soccer with young monks in Nepal, watching Australia play in the Soccer World Cup in South Africa.
