CURRENT MISSION 'Friluftsliv' is an ancient Nordic philosophy of outdoor life. It is an engrained philosophy in Norway and Sweden but relatively unknown to the rest of the world. This philosophy embodies the idea that returning to nature, is returning home. ABOUT ME After bicycling from Arizona to Guatemala I started to ride a new little wave here in Red Lodge, Montana. Fixing up an old house, teaching and trying to get into these rowdy mountains. PHILOSOPHY It takes practice, conscious commitment, and self-awareness to get outside of one's own cultural box.
