And specifically, understand rural areas and agriculture/health issues worldwide ABOUT ME I live on a farm in Northeast Iowa where we rotationally graze cattle, sheep, and goats, and sell certified organic grassfed meat. I'm really interested in local food systems and preventative medicine/health. I enjoy learning about new cultures and music, and I think traveling is the best education. I also like to dance, read, hike, kayak, and learn new skills. I'm a good cook- fig encrusted rack of lamb, anyone?
