Hey there! After a decade of intense yet extremely satisfying work in the luxury hospitality and fine-dining industry, I have chosen to follow Mark Twain's advice: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." So here I am, 30 years old, quitting my job in order to "sail off" to discover South America... HOW EXCITING!!! I just can't wait!!! Over the last few years I have become interested in discovering this continent. I have never been there before, but I've heard a lot of good things about it, so I can't wait to find out for myself. I am sure many adventures are just steps away :-)
