We need it as much as food, water or sleep, even though in some trips we have less food, water and sleep, than normally :) As some point we understood: we can’t stay calm sitting in cool office and have usual comfortable life until you experience the difference. The difference is something new outside our comfort zone. We are lucky to have an extremely beautiful planet and opportunity to see, feel and taste at least small part of it.
