Música, Filmes e Livros
Music - anything and everything that sounds bliss to me! But particularly partial to the sound of a bassline. I love all different genres of electronic music, reggae, dub, world music. Anything that gets my feet tapping, my body moving and my soul smiling. I love to read but have noticed over the years it has progressed from fiction to more spiritual and philosophical texts.

Meus Interesses
Dance and music are my healers and take me to a point where I feel most alive. Everything and anything can grab my attention and make me realise the magic and beauty in all when I actually take the time to slow down, breath and absorb all that is around. Other interests include organic food and nutrition (raw chocolate!!), herbal teas, musing, poetry, making stuff, meditation, yoga, fiddle, drum, singing, alternative therapies, quantum mechanics, spirituality...the list could go on...and travel obviously!!
