ABOUT ME I am in Bishkek and traveling about collecting info for my research. I'm interested in "tois" and the so-called toi economy. Tois are large celebratory events arranged around important life-cycle events, such as weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays, so if anyone wants either to find out more about this, or to share any info, then please get in touch!
