I've played trumpet for ~16 years now and have played in various groups.

I have a strong understanding of mathematics and physics. At one point or another, I've taught all public school grades, from Kindergarten to highschool seniors. I've spent a considerable time conquering my inner demons through meditation, self-reflection, and yoga. In general, I'm an incredibly open and honest person, and would be more than likely to share/teach anything you'd like to know.

I've been learning how to cook healthy and can cook meals for those who host me. I can be talkative. I can be silent. I'm incredibly flexible depending on hosts.

I love music, writing, running, and intellectual conversation. I have an invested energy in making the world a better place.
