To RELAX after sport, I'm used to go to SPA ANYWHERE 🧖 🌍 We like discovering LANSCAPES with BIKE too 🚴♀️🌍 P. S: My partner and me are EATING as possible HEALTHY and FRESH and organic "superfood" vegetables, fruits 😁! We avoid fast food because our body is sacred. 👌🤌 I am a big fan of TEA and you ? 🫖🍵

Por que estou no Couchsurfing
Solo traveler since 2015, I did: -East of Europa -Central America (only Panama) -Middle East (my favourite aera!) - Asia: Bali and Island. I plan to go to Thaïland, Cambodge/Vietnam: Undetermined. During some WINTER: Nambie + Kenya/Tanzanie of Guatemala. I avoid touristic spots!

My philosophy of life? 1) Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, The Four Agreements ! My fav. moovie? "SEVEN SISTERS" (futurist) Fav. moving true story (read as teen)? German biographical film based on the Somali-born model Waris Dirie's autobiography. Fav. "powerful book"? "Listen to Your Body, Your Best Friend on Earth", from Lise Bourbeau. I recommend this book for all those who want to awaken the Power of the Spiritual Heart! Favourite singers? Sia + Aurora: special sweet souls! The capital city I was most disappointed with? in Europa: a lot of potential but a bland and quite haughty mentality. My favourite city? Jurmala (20 KM to Riga) with sweet spots never crowd ;-) ideal for meditations !
