I'm a sushi snob, a coffee connoisseur, collector of books and houseplants. I love food, but I'm far better at eating than I am at cooking. I'm a student of Latin American history with a love of the Spanish language. I'm an early bird and a low-key traveler, the kind who likes to get up with sun and wander the streets all day. My absolute favourite way to pass the time is with good conversation and a bottle (or 2) of wine, although I'll never pass up a good malty beer.
