To be honest, I may not be as talkative as other couchsurfers you usually meet, especially on topics I'm unfamiliar with, but I'm curious to know about others' lives. I may not be talkative all the time, but who knows what would happen? :) * I'm from Macau, a very small city, so small that you can walk from the north to the south in 40 minutes. Sometimes we say walking is faster than taking a bus :P My hometown is also a former colony of Portugal. I have lived my life in four places: Macau, my hometown; Taiwan, where I studied my BA in linguistics, literature and teaching Chinese as a foreign language; Finland, where I am studying my MA in educational leadership; and Hungary where I had my internship. I had some teaching experiences with Kyrgyz, Ukrainian, Russian and aboriginal students in Taiwan. I also worked briefly in a cleantech company. Currently, I do TV subtitle translation from time to time. I really like translating subtitles.
