Iam love. I love to love. I love to travel. I love to explore and go on new adventures. I LOVE to read, write, dance, sing, do yoga, see live music, hiking, exploring mother earth, hang out with my pup, meet people I haven't met before and make a connection. I have been in sleep medicine for 11 years now, Iam stepping into my coaching more full time and phasing out of working for corporate America. Soon the dream will be real. I own two business. I love to bring laughter, joy and love to a space by being myself and feeling like the kid Iam. I lived in Germany for three years and moved back to the states in August of 2018. I miss traveling Europe and loved all the places I got to see but America feels important for me to see now :)
