I am a psychology major, currently studying to become a psychotherapist and about to start clinical work in psychology. I am very interested in the effective altruism, which is a movement that uses reason and science to do the most good and I am part of the local Romanian group, which was started by my partner. Together, we organize meet-ups with people involved in activism, to share insights and best methods in which we can build a better place for all people who need it.

Woody Allen movies are some of my favorites- Hannah and her sisters was really fun to watch, Small town crooks with its ridiculos humor i enjoyed a lot, and of course the classics - Annie Hall or Manhattan :) My favorite alltime movie is The Fountain and enjoy lots of Darren Aronosfsky’s films Tarkovsky’s movies are some of the best i’ve seen I enjoy actually lots of cinema, mostly i like the psychological / philosophical storylines. Then there are some movies that easily get your day to day life and explore the brief moments of change in our lives - Frances Ha is one of those I am also a huge fan of the series “The wire” by david simon, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Friends, Parks and Rec, currently watching The Office and enjoying it’s weird humor :) and the list can continue.

Volunteered to work with kids suffering from cancer in a hospital and did it for almost 2 years straight :)
