I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, exchanging experiences, and learning about local traditions and ways of life. Traveling, meaningful conversations, and exploring new places are among my favorite activities. Professionally, I am developing consulting and training projects to help medical facilities in Uzbekistan improve quality standards and prepare for accreditation. Friends describe me as calm, respectful, open-minded, and easy to talk to. I enjoy simple pleasures such as walking through a new city, sharing a good meal, and having thoughtful conversations. I am happy to help with cooking, cleaning, gardening, or other household tasks. I especially enjoy cooking and would be delighted to prepare traditional Uzbek plov and introduce you to Uzbek hospitality. I joined the couchsurfing community to connect with people, exchange cultures, and create meaningful memories together. I look forward to meeting hosts and travelers from around the world.

O lugar para onde viajei que mais me transformou foi...
The place I traveled to that changed me the most was Denmark. During my visit, I was impressed by the balance between work and personal life, the high level of trust within society, and the simplicity of everyday living
Uma coisa que aprendi viajando e trouxe comigo para casa foi...
One thing I learned traveling that I brought home with me is the importance of taking care of loved ones. No matter where people come from or how different their cultures may be, family, friendship, and human connection are what matter most in life.
A história que melhor me descreve como pessoa é...
is my experience working with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). During that time, I had the opportunity to help people facing difficult circumstances and to work alongside dedicated professionals from different countries and cultures. The experience reinforced my belief in compassion, service, and the importance of supporting those in need. It also taught me that even small acts of kindness and care can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Algo em que não sou bom, mas que faço mesmo assim é...
taking photos while traveling.
