Hello! My name is Byung Kim and I'm a political science at Queens College (Queens, NY) right now. I'm also a part-time SAT tutor (I teach the Reading/Writing sections). I've lived in Queens, NY my whole life, but I've always been interested in going abroad. I'm learning Japanese now, and I'm a heritage Korean speaker. I plan on applying to graduate school and am thinking of going into academia.

I've been listening to jazz recently (just classic albums to see what it's about); my favorite album is Nas' Illmatic, my favorite band right now is Arcade Fire. I really enjoy Hayao Miyazaki's films, Memento, Fight Club, and many others... My favorite books are the Turn of the Screw, my favorite thoughts come from John Stuart Mill, and I like reading the New Yorker.
