Carlo Lombardi (b. 1988, Italy) realizes long-term independent projects exploring the possibilities offered by photography, video and sound. His research develops through the analysis of details and the study of atmospheres able to reveal hidden realities related with environmental issues. His approach, more emotional than factual, allow the imagery the space required for a broader interpretation. His interest is focused on natural ecosystems threatened by man, and on the exploration of dynamical equilibrium of coexistence between living organism and non-living materials.
