Hello! My name is Chelsea. I am currently living and working in smalltown North Carolina (but that doesn't mean we don't have plenty to offer!) I have technically been a member of the couchsurfing community since 2015 (when I first made travel a priority in my life), but I have only been an active member recently. I have a passion for traveling and for meeting new people. I love to be spontaneous. I enjoy hiking, art, learning about new cultures, theatre, going on adventures, trying new foods, music, and probably a million more things that won't fit on this list.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing
I love that the focus of couch surfing is to make connections with local people around the world - not just to have a free place to stay. Like everyone else - I want to travel the world. Of course, I want to see all the famous landmarks and museums, but more than that, I want to experience the culture and life of a city through the eyes of people who know it best. I want to make new friends from around the world and open my home to other interesting people who might be passing through.

I am insatiably curious and very outgoing. I believe that I am kind and considerate of others. I'm a very laid back and easy going person. I'm from the southeast United States and have travelled to many different cities in the US, so I can offer travel advice to anyone looking to travel to those areas.
