My Couchsurfing experiences so far have been like coming home to/inviting in an old friend and I believe that connection that this platform opens up for is very valuable in both directions. Music: all over, from instrumental anything to alt rock-jazz-experimental noise. If it has a harmonica and/or makes me confused or swoon it’s great. Movies: Don’t watch a lot but when I do it’s offbeat documentaries or anime. Books: Mainly nonfiction about the world/people/politics, mixed in with a sprinkle of fantasy
