I just moved to Dubai to a nice and cosy one bedroom flat, and there's a sofa bed in the living room which you can crush on, that will be your space (at least so far). Share the kitchen and the bathroom as there are only one of each... I'll also like sharing a drink or a coffee with the surfers to get know each other and listening their stories. I work with busy schedule sometimes with a bit of travelling, so apologies in advance if i have to change the plans in the last minute, this is unfortunately part of my work. And also I usually can't host people more than 2-3 days.. Of course sometimes it depends...
