Hi, My name is Gabrielle, I currently taking a year off before university to travel around the world. I've spend enough time being schooled in a classroom, it's now time for me to learn from life and the people i'll meet while traveling. I hope to pursue a career in cinema so I tend to try and capture the beauty and realness of things I come across in life. Sharing knowledges and values is the purest form of exchange. The best way to travel is to put your focus on the quality of your relation with nature and the people you meet rather than the destination itself. The best way to find yourself is to get lost.

Uma Coisa Incrível Que Já Fiz
In 2018, I went to Nicaragua for an humanity trip. We built a playground for a small community. I left with 30 strangers, that later became my family, for a month in a country I didn't even speak the first language. I learned the rough way because the family I lived with only spoke Spanish. The mealtimes were pretty quiet in the beginning. But I learned and I mimed and I tried my best and despite the language barrier I created a strong family bound with them. I miss them every now and then and I can't wait to see them again soon. But I need to look for new adventures rather than trying to relive the old ones.
