Greetings! I am a 53 year old theatre artist and folklorist, also a jazz vocalist. Though I am an American citizen, I am world-travelled and love to tell and hear stories. I have moderate mobility disabilities stemming from multiple back surgeries with nerve damage in my left leg. I often walk with a stick. Stairs are not a problem for me. I am accompanied at all times by Flat Stanley, my mix-breed disability assistance dog, who turned 2 years old Oct 31, '18. He is well-behaved and trained to mitigate my physical challenges. He is not a pet, but is categorically essential medical equipment. He loves other dogs and is smart, quiet and gentle. He is not destructive and never has "accidents" indoors. I would appreciate your consideration, even in no-pet homes, unless, of course, you have an allergy or phobia. I am a respectful and respectable dog owner. We look forward to meeting you!
