I am Louisa, 27 from Germany. I just finished my Masters degree in political communication and am traveling around the US East Coast for 2 months. I am happy to host people in Düsseldorf or in Brussels, Belgium, where I will be moving in February 2026! For me, traveling should not be just about sightseeing but about learning about people and culture. And what better way to do that is Couchsurfing, right?

Uma Coisa Incrível Que Já Fiz
In my opinion Romania is one of the most underrated travel destinations in Europe. Perfect country to do a Long roadtrip across the mountains, go on beautiful hikes and even spot some bears! I have been there on an semester abroad in 2020/21 and loved exploring nature and rural countryside. Thanks to a very great Erasmus buddy I could also experience the more traditional lifestyle in southern Romania - including steering a horse waggon.
