I'm Marie, a 19 year old travel enthusiast who would never miss an opportunity to travel and meet new people. Right now I'm having a gap year to see the world and also figure out what I want to do later on in life. I'm a very spontaneous person and my trips are often not planned more than a week in advance, which sometimes can be a struggle. I hope to meet many of the amazing people in this world through Couchsurfing :-)

My favorite books are Anne Frank's Diary, which was the first "real" book I ever read, and everything Nicholas Sparks because who doesn't love a good love story? I have a bunch of favorite movies here's a small list: - The Danish Girl - Interstellar - Inside Llewyn Davis - The Truman Show - My Girl - A Streetcar Named Desire - What's Eating Gilbert Grape - Cafe Society Musically I'm all over the place and appreciate a good song when I hear one.
