Por que estou no Couchsurfing
I am here because I love travel and movement. Because I like people. And because I like the real thing. I want to feel and see the actual dimension of a place and how locals create it and experience it. Getting to know people and spending some time with them is the best way to really feel a place and the vibe . But also to connect with them and feel them too. I am this kind of human that embraces human interaction, connection and community. So, I like to share and co-create with others.

I can teach Pilates Mat and Yoga Movement, aka Yogasana, and experiment with Dance and Movement. So if you are up to, I am absolutely open for that! I can share cooking, creative activities , up to moment experiences and whatever is possible and meaningful to be shared. I would love to learn anything you might can teach me or show me. And actually please do so!
O Que Posso Oferecer aos Hosts
I can share some nice movement sessions, like Pilates and Yoga. Some cooking if possible. And pretty much whatever is possible and meaningful to be shared.
