I'm an Aerospace Engineer living in Phoenix Arizona. I graduated from Arizona State University. I live between downtown Phoenix and Tempe, and a short ride to downtown Scottsdale. I'm an avid hiker, biker, backpacker and camper, and would love to take guests to the local trails.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing
I love traveling myself, and it is something I aspire to do throughout my life. As such, I am very willing to accommodate people whenever I can, as I know the availability of hostels in the United States is pretty limited, and can be expensive relative to other parts of the world. I am also learning to speak German, so this is something that is beneficial to both myself and any German speaking guests.

I listen to pretty much all music except for mainstream pop and country. I'm very big into the general electronic music genre, but I also love rock music, metal, classic rock, alternative etc. My favorite book is Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Doestovsky and my favorite movie is the Lord of the Rings series.

I've gone through Air Force survival school, one of my favorite life events and something that really changed my perspective on how I live my life.

I'm always interested in showing people the local area, as well as giving advice on where to travel to next and what attractions to see. I am trying to become fluent in German, so any speakers of that language would be awesome to practice with.

I'm a very outdoors oriented person, and and as such I love to go rock climbing, hiking, camping and backpacking. My other interests include traveling and meeting new people, as well as your typical social events such as going out to have a few drinks or dancing.
