Also plant based(vegan) gluten free human. Ex-monk after 8 years of itinerant monking, understood it was time to re integrate into the world. So set down in Brooklyn got myself a partner for couple years. My purpose is to help others. This is at the core of my self and informs how I live. It manifests in various ways and is my work/service to the world. A part of this means learning to fill my cup too. I have lived in a Buddhist temple in NY and Thailand. I have helped manage a small vegetable farm in Hawaii. I lived in a small village in the Hill Tribes of Thailand. I lived in a spiritual community in Sweden. Helped put on third largest Permaculture Convergence in the world in Northeast United States. I spent one month without my phone only following my intuition. I believe in love, that is it is the source of all being and we are purely being of love and light.
