I listen to many interprets, but most of the time not many songs I'm interested in movies that have a deeper meaning and can be analysed on different layers the same is true for literature books I’m in love with the book app Blinkist, truly improves the mindfulness and shares good insights about books

a 10 day vipassana meditation retreat in silence since then I have started meditating regularly and made some significant progress on myself. Personal Developement is something that I believe is key for sustainable happiness. That is why learning, working out and medidating have a central role in my life :)

It is something beautiful to help others to bring change to their life. So if there is anything that needs to get of your heart I‘m ready to patiently listen to you. And if you have a goal that you don‘t know how to reach yet, we can strategize about it together ;) I think I got a long way before me myself and I’m looking forward to go step by step on this way together with the help of others!

next to studying I am a professional fitness instructor and from training plans to nutrition tips I can give a lot of advice. So if requested, there’ll be some morning drills ;) I‘m good at math, so I can help with completing taxes (just kidding) but I actually like solving problems and I’m always ready to help whatever may come :)
