I am a graduate student at Virginia Tech. I study a species of bird the Ecuadorian Amazon. For the past 6 years, I have spent almost half the year in South America chasing birds. The other parts of the year I am in Blacksburg, Virginia conducting research in pursuit of a Phd in the Biological Sciences Department.
