Thank You!!
All,
I cannot thank you enough for the hard work you all did from June until this past weekend. We really showed the rest of the world what is truly awesome about Dallas and Fort Worth-- the people. I can confidently say that this is an amazing group of people that are willing to open themselves and their homes up to complete strangers in the name of trust, understanding, and a common love for travel and our planet. Regardless of the turnout, I believe we all grew closer as a collective CS city group and I'm so happy about that.
Go ahead and give yourself a round of applause.
With that said, even though our weekend is through, we still have some work to do. We need to get together one last time (until the next Couch Crash 3-4 years from now) and knock some stuff out:
Lessons learned (based on your roles) for improvement next time. This is a "what went right, what went wrong" type of list.
Divy up money from wristband and tshirt sales. Bring ALL receipts!
Compile login information for all sites and social media
List areas for improvement for the next group
This last meeting will close us out for this year. I want to be able to compile as much information for the next group as possible. I want as many people that were involved from the beginning of planning to execution to attend. Let's help the next group out!
