As this is a job for a native Russian speaker (and as far as I understand, Russians do have an issue obtaining a working visa, but not so much so for Ukrainians), I figured I'd post it here:

As far as the benefits go (which are listed, but guess this is more of a numbers game):

1. Base salary should be around £23.500 - 24.000 / year

2. They offer free accommodation for the first year (or £700 / month housing allowance, then £125 / week the following two years...

3. Bonuses for performance and so on

4. 2x yearly return flights back home

It's based in Stoke-on-Trent in England.
