You can go anywhere. Nothing has changed for tourists.

There are no certain restrictions. Public places should be open til regular working hours, so I would say try to visit before 5pm. Restaurants and cafes are open til late hours mostly. Markets til about 8:30 pm depending on the market, of course there are always small shops called tekel which are available til late hours or even all night, also depending on the owner and area.

Do not listen to stupid global media, come and enjoy the most beautiful city in the world. If you are kind, everybody is kind to you. Make a good plan and get as much as you can. Try to get to know local people, taste local dishes and change your mind about Turkey and Turkish people forever ;) If you need help, just ask here
