Hi everyone. I'm like most Couchsurfers here. Just a normal guy Here is my profile. It just says the same things as everyone else says.

PROFILE:

I like studying foreign languages. I find them so fun and fascinating. Languages are something that are the bridge between people.

My philosophy of life is "carpe diem" which is Latin for "seize the day, live for the moment". Like most people, I don't even know who said that or where that came from. I like to try new things.

My friends would call me open-minded and a good listener, and that I'm open to learning about new things and ideas.

I'm a really nice, sensitive and kind guy.

I love to discover and learn about foreign cultures and meet new people from different countries.

I like travelling and going to see different cities.

I am a human rights activist, and I organize events to help spread awareness of social and political issues.

The best school is the School of Life, in my opinion.

WHAT PEOPLE REALLY MEAN WHEN THEY SAY THAT:

I speak a bit of every European language, but to be honest, I sound like a stuttering f***er, and I'm lucky if I can ask directions without accidently making it sound like a sexual innuendo. Also, I speak with such a terrible accent that people simply ask me never to try to say anything in their language again. Thank God I speak English, but how is that going to be useful in Spain, France or Italy?

I'm a recreational drug user, and I'm 420-friendly, and I tried other things too. Basically I'm a hedonist who has not yet discovered that his life is f***ed up as it is, instead I like to think I am reliving the 60's. I also sleep in really late. I NEED my sleep, or else I become cranky. I also wear the same pants for 2 days. I don't care what anyone says! Scruffy is sexy! Oh and I was joking... It was Don Quixote who said Carpe Diem!

I am open to how the evening between us will end, and I listen as long as I actually decide if I find you interesting. I'm also pretty kinky.

I am never honest towards women if I find them sexually attractive, and I am quite insecure in my masculinity and sexuality. I know that being macho or being really touchy doesn't work... Instead I try and be the "nice guy", hoping they will see how special I am in comparison with the other men. I wish women would see what a lovely guy I am! But trust me... I'm cool! :)))

I find exotic women totally appealing and sexually attractive. You see, I'm not racist! Quiet the opposite! I don't really care if she's a hippy, religious, a yuppie, a feminist, a matriarch or a conservative, as long as I have good eye candy, then we're OK (oh and alcohol helps a LOT with courage!).

If I can't find a host where I can stay for free without spending time with them, then I spend my traveling time staying in the cheapest hostel I can find for 1-2 nights typically, and then go out in the evenings for a pub crawl and get totally pissed, and then I see as much of the city in those few morning hours as my visions will allow me to see. The good thing is that when I'm drunk, every woman looks more attractive. I love Beer Goggles! Oh and I normally sleep until 13:00-14:00. Remember that I need my sleep! If I can walk and am not too hungover, then I see the city amusements for 2 hours, and then get a kebab to eat for dinner, and then go out to drink again.

I get all my news from BuzzFeed, and I only do my research via sound-bites, and I don't bother reading newspapers or books. I also get actively involved in politics by clicking on Avazz.org petitions, and sharing them via my Facebook "friends" network of 4,825 people.

I dropped out of university about 5 months after I first enrolled. I was studying something which was totally f***ing useless, it was a major in Gender Studies with a minor in Victimology. I didn't even have the discipline to show up for that, so I dropped out and instead I just travel in an extremely cheap way, on a shoe-string budget, hoping that people will find me really cool, even though a lot of people do it these days. So I say School of Life because I wanna sound philosophical even though I'm not exactly Déscartes.
