Europe for 5 weeks starting in June. Suggestions and/or hosts?

On of my favorite destination was lake Siljan in Dalarna province in Sweden. It's somewhat far from Stockholm, but it's definitely worth to check out and to spend some time there. A tour around the lake, visiting a bear park or just taking a cruise on the lake can be a really nice experience. I visited that region two years ago, and it was a great experience. I also met some really nice people. One of them has a small crispbread bakery in Stora Skedvi, not very far from the lake. Some good months after my trip, I was reading a random article about Sweden (once you get there you can't really escape that country :) ), and I was surprised like hell, to read about that baker as well... anyway there is a lot of information on the net about this region, so check it out if you care, and if you have any specific questions, I will be here to try to answer them.
