Checking in at hotel

Hi, on the 12th of september I am staying in Fort Lauderdale one night at a hotel, together with a friend. We have booked a hotel close to the Hollywood intl airport since we have a transfer flight the next morning. When we got the confirmation we noticed that is it required to be 21 years old to check in. I am 19 and my friend is 20 years old which makes it all a bit problematic. My question is if anyone knows if it would be possible to get help by either someone at the airport or if taxi-drivers would be willing to help in general? Thank you.

Cecilia, I don't understand what kind of help you are looking for from someone at the airport or the taxi driver. I suggest you look for a hostel in Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood. You wont' have that issue there and there are quite a few of them in Fort Lauderdale.

Hello Cecilia Brandee is right about getting a hostel place ,couple of them are close to the airport The kind of help you asking is someone else check you which require to put their credit card in file with the hotel for incidental.I doubted you find someone who will do that without knowing you.sorry:(

Hey... If you really can't find anything let me know. I might be able to sign up for you. The ONLY thing that makes me nervous is that you don't have references yet! Ahh! ;) I would hate to see you guys on the street though. Hopefully the hostel works out but let me know if not. :) Jazmine 954 540 7451.
