Ciiao :) I can recommend the city bern. It is not an Italian swiss city but quite nice. From milano you have a direct train to Bern at 07:23 am, which takes three hours. Lugano is also quite nice, and an Italian swiss city. From milano you have direct trains and a little more than an hour driving time. Locarno is amazing - you must see it. I hope i could help you. Hey :-) I would alsoo recommend Bern city as a place to visit! It's not a big city so definitely perfect for a day trip... if you're only looking for a Italian-Swiss city than go to Lugano. Yes I'm looking for only italian swiss cities, thanks anyway (joking :)) Hope to see them both, due to time constraints I'm looked for Italian-Swiss city because are closer Italy but Truth be told I want seeing your country as a whole, it depends on my stay (2-3 days) and the trip plan that I will have to organise.
